Shipping Information
We charge a flat rate of $10 for shipping and handling on all orders Australia-wide. For any orders outside of Australia please contact us.
Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne via Australia Post and should arrive within 8-10 business days from receipt of your order.
Regional locations including WA, QLD and NT need to allow an additional 2-3 business days for delivery.
Please note that shipping times may be affected during events such as COVID-19 or the Christmas season. There may be a delay in your delivery during these times.
We accept returns and exchanges of purchased products only if they are unopened or defective after the product arrives. In addition, we do not accept returns after opening.
About returns of unopened items
Unopened items will be returned within 7 days of purchase.
